ENHANCE EDUCATION

Empowering people with the knowledge, skills and confidence to respond effectively when challenging situations arise.

Why Enhance Education Was Created

Enhance Education was established with the aim of helping people develop not only the knowledge required to respond to challenging situations, but also the confidence and practical skills needed to apply that knowledge effectively when necessary.

Founded by a practising paramedic, Enhance Education is shaped by first hand experience responding to medical emergencies and supporting people through complex, high-pressure situations across a range of community settings.

Through years of working in these environments, it became clear that while many people had received training, they often lacked opportunities to apply that knowledge in situations that reflected the realities of their role. As a result, individuals are frequently required to navigate challenging situations within their workplace or community without having previously practised applying their training in comparable circumstances, leaving them less prepared to respond effectively when incidents arise.

Enhance Education was created to deliver practical, relevant education that considers the complexities of the unique environments in which incidents may occur. Programs extend beyond knowledge development alone, helping individuals build the confidence, skills and capability required to apply learning effectively within their own workplace and community settings.

Why Enhance Education Matters in Practice

The decisions people make during uncertain situations can have a significant impact on the individuals they support, the organisations they work within and the broader community.

Enhance Education exists to help people feel prepared to make those decisions with confidence through practical learning experiences that strengthen knowledge, capability and effective response.

Meet Jen

Jen Noble is the owner and principal trainer of Enhance Education. In addition to her career as a paramedic, Jen’s professional experience extends across community health care, residential youth care and education based roles allowing her to have developed a unique perspective on the challenges individuals face when responding to incidents, supporting others and applying training in real-world environments.

Throughout her career, Jen has worked alongside support workers, carers, educators, volunteers and individuals across a broad range of other community and workplace settings. These experiences have provided first hand insight into the responsibilities people carry within their roles and the challenges they face when responding to situations that are often complex, dynamic and unpredictable.

This exposure has provided an appreciation for the fact that while many roles share common responsibilities, the challenges individuals encounter and the actions expected of them can differ considerably between environments.

Drawing on this understanding, Jen develops and delivers practical, relevant education that supports confidence, capability and effective response across a range of workplace and community settings.

“People working in different roles face fundamentally different situations, have different responsibilities and require different response pathways. Training is most effective when it acknowledges those realities.”
